Minor has been involved in Real Estate and Real Estate Development for over 25 years, not only in the United States but Internationally. His real estate background gives him the knowledge to work with large farm & ranch properties, luxury properties, international properties, development tracks and hunting properties. He brings an understanding of the Real Estate market and dedicates himself to professionalism and personal service.                                                                                                 He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas & Louisiana and is a member of The Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, The Texas Realtors Land Institute, where he is currently on the Board of Directors and The National Realtors Land Institute, where he is a past board member.      He is also a member of The Houston Association of Realtor's International Task Force and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and holds The Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and The Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) Designation.                                                                                          He is also an active member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo where he  serves as Assistant Captain on the Rodeo’s International Committee.                                                                                             He is a broker and owner of Property Connections Real Estate in Houston and Bay City, Texas.
